Role Summary 

The Chick-fil-A Marketing Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the restaurant's marketing efforts, including event planning, social media management, and community engagement. The Marketing Assistant works closely with the Sales & Brand Growth Team to execute strategies that impact the growth of sales, both in store and beyond the restaurant, including creating promotional materials, executing campaigns, and building relationships with guests and community partners. He/she embodies Chick-fil-A’s values and serves as an ambassador to the community.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing the annual marketing plan to build/drive external sales through various sales channels (Catering, Drive-Thru, Chick-fil-A Delivery, etc.). 
  • Create and execute in-store and outside marketing activations.
  • Ensure the Chick-fil-A Cow is leveraged as needed (Cow mascot, plush cow). 
  • Assist with coming up with original ideas for monthly events and develop and execute a plan for the event. 
  • Help manage the store website and social media presence on all applicable platforms. 
  • Build and manage relationships with Chick-fil-A guests. 
  • Champion Chick-fil-A One App to the Team and guests. 
  • Ensure campaigns and promotions are properly advertised (signage, social media, etc.).
  • Manage physical store ambiance and presentation, including updating any in store promotional materials. 
  • Be an ambassador for the Brand by building relationships with community members.
  • Be a PR presence for Chick-fil-A Cache Road at community events.

Compensation

  • Starting at: $18/HR
